Dealer Principal, Managing Partner

Born in Toronto, Joseph Natale immigrated with his family to New Jersey in 1967. He attended Bridgewater Raritan High School West, graduating in 1980 and then continued his education at Raritan Valley Community College.

At 20 years old, Joe went to work for Jersey Mortgage in Elizabeth, NJ, which later merged with Houston-based Commonwealth Mortgage, where he was an Executive Vice President. In 1986, Joe worked with Equitable Bank, Mortgage Division (EB Mortgage) in Maryland. Jersey Mortgage bought EB Mortgage in 1991.

In 2006, Joe became CEO and Owner of FUMC Mortgage Co. and Chairman of First State Bank in Cranford, NJ, a role he held until October 2010.

Since 1981, Joe has purchased residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. In his career, he has purchased, managed, and sold over 120 individual properties totaling over $100 million in real estate.

Since 1999, Joe has purchased and redeveloped restaurants in Kenilworth, NJ, and Bridgewater, NJ. Since 2002, he has purchased, managed, and sold automotive dealerships as owner, dealer principal and managing member, to include Porsche of Roslyn, Audi VW of Newton, Brad Benson Hyundai of South Brunswick and Subaru 46 of Hackettstown.
